The Role:

You will be responsible for managing an established,



well-maintained portfolio with the assistance of your own dedicated Strata Assistant.
Manage a portfolio of 65 buildings comprising approximately 680 lots
Predominantly smaller, straightforward residential schemes
Only 1 BMC and NO community associations!
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
Coordinate and oversee AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
Manage maintenance, repairs and contractor coordination
Oversee budgets, financial reporting and levy matters
Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation
Work closely with your dedicated assistant to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio

The Candidate:
Previous experience in Strata Management is essential
Hold a current Strata Licence or Class 2 Licence
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident managing a portfolio independently
Experience with Property IQ is advantageous
A positive, professional attitude and team-focused approach
