Palm Lake Care Beachmere is seeking a Lifestyle Team Leader to plan and deliver an engaging lifestyle program for residents. You will lead a team of Lifestyle Assistants, coordinating activities, entertainment and wellness initiatives while building solid ties with the community.
You will report to the Clinical Manager, work 38 hours per week on a Full Time permanent basis, and drive a culture of empathy, initiative and high-quality resident experiences in a welcoming setting.
