The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Medical Ward at Mersey Community Hospital, guiding clinical care and operational performance. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure secure, high-quality care and productive service delivery in a public health setting.

Permanent full time position with day shifts, 76 hours per fortnight. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with the NMBA and will engage in quality improvement and workforce development
