We are seeking compassionate, experienced Support Workers who are passionate aboutproviding person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, safety, and independence.

Your Impact
Support participation in community programs that bring joy, connection, and experiences worth remembering.
Assist with daily living tasks - personal care, meal prep, and nutrition - ensuring participants live comfortably and confidently.
Provide protected mobility assistance, including hoist transfers and manual handling.
Support individuals with complex behaviours, including behaviours of concern, non-verbal communication, and property damage, in a protected and respectful way.
Support clients with epilepsy management and PEG feeding, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Keep accurate records and progress notes, ensuring continuity of care that enhances participant experiences.

ESSENTIAL




Genuine desire to provide the best quality support for people with disabilities
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work and communicate effectively with clients, their families, community agencies and other specialists.
Ability to work in a very busy environment and to work both independently and as a part of a team.
Understanding of privacy and confidentiality issues.
A cleared Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Clearance.
NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
Apply First Aid and CPR certification

DESIRABLE
Trained or experienced with medication administration
Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualification or working towards obtaining qualification within 12 months.
Experience in the delivery of personal care services and/or challenging behaviours is viewed favourably
