Australian Training Company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee to join a friendly team in Summer Hill .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent school leaver or someone looking to kick-start a new career while gaining valuable workplace experience and completing a Certificate III in Business .

You will develop practical skills in customer service, administration and office operations while working alongside an experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for visitors and customers
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member or resolve on your own
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Assist with general administration, data entry and filing
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook and learn internal computer system
Help maintain a tidy and skilled work workplace
Work both independently and as part of a team

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or office experience
