Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high‑volume stock in your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ person team, collaborate with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden, and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, driving Best Experience and competitive prices.

You’ll monitor customer service levels, coordinate with Merchandising and Health & Safety, plan rosters, and develop your team.
