Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Adelaide office. /n /n This role is critical in coordinating and delivering high-quality tenders, EOIs and proposals that support Vaughan Civil’s strategic growth objectives. /n About the Role/n As Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are compliant, compelling and delivered on time. You will work closely with project, estimating, commercial and leadership teams to produce skilled, client-focused submissions. /n Key responsibilities include:/n /n
Coordinating tenders, EOIs and proposals from start to submission

/n
Managing bid schedules, inputs and deadlines

/n
Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial and operational content

/n
Formatting, editing and reviewing submission documents for quality and compliance

/n
Maintaining bid registers,



templates and submission libraries

/n
Participate in bid debriefings and post-bid analysis

/n
Supporting continuous improvement of bid and submission processes

/n /n About you:/n /n
Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Submissions Coordinator or similar role (construction, civil or infrastructure preferred)

/n
Strong written communication, editing and document presentation skills

/n
High attention to detail and solid organisational abilities

/n
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a quick-paced environment

/n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

/n
Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously when required
