About the role

This is a quick-paced, varied administration role. You'll play a key part in supporting the business and your days will move quickly with plenty of variety. You'll use your administration experience across data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and general office support. You'll also assist with reception duties and incoming calls, helping keep the office running smoothly and professionally.

Key responsibilities
Preparing statistical, financial, accounting and auditing reports
Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
Maintaining a clean, tidy and protected office environment
Managing records for consumables and business assets, including stock level reporting
Providing excellent customer service to all office visitors
Supporting general administrative tasks and daily office operations

About you
A self-starter mindset with strong ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, plus experience with SimPro and Xero




Strong technical capability across spreadsheets and multiple software programs
Ability to track and report on business strategies and provide insights to the Managing Director
A mature, confident and skilled approach
Enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude
Demonstrated competencies in integrity, attention to detail, dependability, independence and cooperation
Legal right to live and work in Australia
