Administration & Business Operations Coordinator

Atlas Tanks is an established Australian manufacturer of custom plastic tanks for the marine, caravan, RV and industrial sectors. This isn't just a traditional administration role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, support our operations and help improve the way we do business.

Key responsibilities
Customer enquiries, quotations and order management
Invoicing, purchasing and general administration
Production scheduling and freight coordination
Product information, pricing and inventory support
Business reporting, data analysis and process improvements
Working directly with the Managing Director and production team

About you
Robust administration and organisational skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with Xero, manufacturing,



product management or data analytics would be highly regarded
Shows initiative, takes ownership and has a practical approach to solving problems
Four-day working week (Tuesday–Friday) or nine-day fortnight
Above Award salary, reflecting experience and capability
