About You

Motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about working with clients from NDIS, DVA, Life Insurers, Workers Compensation Insurers, CTP Insurers, and Employers.

Qualifications
AHPRA registration
Australian Drivers License
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Comcare workplace rehabilitation provider accreditation (or eligible for)
DVA rehabilitation provider accreditation (or eligible for)

Responsibilities
Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.
Conduct physical and functional assessments.
Conduct ADL assessments.
Prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to maximise function.
