The Prospect

Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join its residential conveyancing team on a full time basis. The team acts for clients buying, selling and transferring residential property across Queensland, and is known for a personal approach and a solid record of client reviews.

Work type: residential sales, purchases and transfers across Queensland
Location: Brisbane CBD or Ipswich office
Hours: full time
Remuneration: $85,000 plus super (negotiable)

About You




Experience in Queensland residential conveyancing as a clerk, paralegal or assistant
Familiar with Queensland contracts, Form 1 transfers, searches and settlement processes
Experience with PEXA settlements
Organised and comfortable managing settlement dates across a busy file load
Transparent, friendly communication with clients, agents, lenders and the other side
