As a Baker, you will be responsible for:
Confident in all areas of production
Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
Coaching and supporting the development of junior staff such as Apprentices and Bakers Assistants
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
Assist Production Manager with stock control and production schedules
Providing delightful customer service when required
Skills and Experience
At least two years’ experience as a baker in a fast-paced environment;
Certificate IV in Retail Baking (or equivalent or higher trade qualifications)
Have a passion for baking
Be a morning person! Some shifts commence early in the morning
Have a reliable form of transportation
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to cultivate strong relationships in a team-based environment.
We are offering a market-market-competitive salary package for full time position 70k- 85k super.
