Key Responsibilities
Support the Café Manager with daily operations.
Independently oversee café operations during the Manager's absence.
Lead and supervise the front-of-house team.
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee.
Coordinate staff and service during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and customer service.
Assist with staff training, rostering and operational procedures.
Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Oversee opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in café supervision, team leadership or assistant management.
Robust barista skills are essential, including experience working with commercial espresso machines in a busy workplace.
Ability to confidently lead a team and make decisions independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach to work.
Solid attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Availability to work weekends and cover management leave as required.
