Joyride Coffee Co is looking for an absolute unicorn of a Cafe Manager for our Venue in Camberwell. We want someone who is comfortable with running the day to day of a small cafe, is able to step up, lead and inspire a small team and is able to deliver an amazing customer experience.

To be succesful in this role, you need the following skills/Traits
Competent Barista Skills (+3 years specialty coffee experience preferred)
Competent Food Prep Skills
Exceptional Customer service
Exceptional Leadership Skills
Works autonomously and self motivated.
Highly organised
Has an eye for creating moments of delight with our customers.

The main tasks of the role are:
Open / Closing the Cafe
Ordering / Receiving Stock
Basic management of the Till and banking
Basic management of the Roster
Basic management of our Events calendar
Working closely with the owner (me) on new menu items, current S.O.P.s and rolling out staff training.
