Job Overview: Seeking a Junior Accountant for a full time position.

As a Junior Accountant you'll enjoy a broad range of responsibilities. Dive into the world of tax returns, financial transactions, and report analysis, all while championing the growth of our clients.

If you're meticulous, adept at multitasking, and driven by a passion to nurture the financial health of burgeoning businesses, your contribution will be invaluable.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with taxation legislation
Perform routine entries and post financial transactions to the general ledger
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports




Assist in the preparation of monthly & quarterly activity statements
Help with budget preparation and budget reviews
Analyse financial data and create reports for management
Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications:
Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce in their final year at university
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
May have some experience with Xero (not essential)
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Robust organisational and time management skills
Are passionate about supporting small to medium businesses
Positive communication skills, both written and verbal
A willingness to learn and to be part of a team
Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
