We are looking for a experienced mining recruiter to join our clients site HR team. If your looking to move internal or wanting to work for a mining magnate with flexibility this is the role for you.

Responsibilities: /n

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.

Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to determine if they are a valuable fit for our company culture and values.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings that accurately reflect those needs.

Requirements: /n

Mining recruitment experience

/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

/n
Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
