Join Goldies as a Sandwich Artist & Service Legend to help run lunch service. You'll masterfully build our signature sandwiches with speed and precision, welcome regulars by name, handle the POS, and help train current team members. This role combines culinary craft, front-of-house hospitality, and operational leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience during the midday rush.

Key responsibilities /n

Masterfully build signature sandwiches with speed, precision, and reliable pride in presentation

Keep standards sky-high across every ingredient, slice, and smear

/n

Keep tabs on inventory and coordinate closely with the Executive Chef

/n

Keep the kitchen and counter sparkling clean, organised, and compliant with all food safety standards

/n

Welcome regulars by name, greet current faces with warmth, and smash through POS orders

/n

Handle customer issues with cool confidence and empathy

/n

Help train new team members across prep, safety, and service

/n





Track daily efficiency, smash lunch rush KPIs, and pull together weekly reporting on sales, operations, and business performance

About you /n

You bring bright energy and genuine hospitality to the counter every single day

/n

You love the buzz of a 12:30 PM lunch queue and keep cool under pressure

/n

You hold a current Food Handling Certificate, or you're ready to complete the online course before you start

/n

You take pride in consistency, clean workspaces, and keeping the numbers tight

/n

Dream daytime hours: 10 AM to 2 PM, 5 days a week

/n
