Support international workers and make a real difference in regional communities.

/n We are seeking an organised and people-focused PALM Scheme Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day support, welfare and administration of workers participating in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme .

/n

/n This is a rewarding role that combines workforce coordination, employee support, stakeholder engagement and compliance to ensure workers have a positive experience both at work and within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Coordinate the onboarding and mobilisation of PALM Scheme workers

/n
Provide ongoing welfare, pastoral care and workplace support

/n
Assist workers with accommodation, transport and community integration

/n
Maintain accurate employment and compliance records

/n
Liaise with employers, government agencies and community organisations

/n
Support worker wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives

/n
Manage incident reporting and resolve worker concerns professionally

/n
Ensure compliance with PALM Scheme requirements and employment obligations

/n
Coordinate training, inductions and workforce communications

/n

About You /n





/n
Previous experience in workforce coordination, community services, human resources, recruitment or employee support

/n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

/n
Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds

/n
Highly organised with excellent administration skills

/n
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities

/n
Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems

/n
Current driver's licence

/n
Knowledge of the PALM Scheme or migrant workforce programs will be highly regarded

/n
