We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join the team at Summer Salt Cronulla, our iconic beachfront venue.

/n

About the Role

/n

As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a rapid-paced environment.

/n

About You

/n

You will ideally bring:

/n

/n
Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;

/n
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced setting while remaining calm under pressure;

/n
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic;

/n




High standards of personal presentation and hygiene;

/n
A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking;

/n
Strong teamwork and communication skills;

/n
Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations;

/n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What We Offer

Permanent full-time position;

Competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience;
