Leadership experience within casual dining, QSR or food retail

/n
A positive, motivated leader who enjoys getting the best out of their team

/n
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and leads from the front

/n
Confident managing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staffing, compliance, food safety and resolving operational challenges

/n
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve

/n
Competitive, driven and passionate about delivering excellent results while building a strong team culture
