Uniting is seeking a compassionate physiotherapist to deliver in-home, evidence-based care for older adults in the Western Sydney area. You will assess needs, design personalized mobility plans and work with families and the Home and Community Care team to achieve goals.
You'll provide reports, monitor progress and help clients stay mobile and connected to their communities with autonomy and collaboration.
