Job Description:

Robert Half is currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Osborne Park to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position within a supportive finance team. The successful candidate will initially join on a temporary basis, with the view to transitioning into a permanent role.

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and processing payment runs
Managing the AP inbox and responding to supplier queries
Maintaining accurate supplier records and account information
Assisting with month-end processes and general finance administration
Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment queries

About You
Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position




Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience with Epicor will be highly regarded (not essential)
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Robust communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to commence at short notice
