Profectus is seeking an experienced Service Improvement Lead to manage service delivery for an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The role covers service management, escalation, access management and continual service improvement, with stewardship of the platform for thousands of users.

You will maintain the service catalogue, design workflows in Service Now, coordinate multi-team responses, and produce regular performance dashboards.
