Australia-wide Siebel opportunity requiring Baseline clearance across all states and territories./n

Your current company

/n Join a major Australian Government department where you will secure a long-term government contract within a complex ICT setting. You’ll contribute across the full solution life cycle, including requirements, design, development support, testing, implementation and post-release activities.

Your new role

/n As the Senior Siebel Designer/System Analyst, you’ll provide specialised business and systems analysis across the department’s Siebel CRM platform and integrated systems.
/n You’ll work closely with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, assess impacts and develop fit-for-purpose solution designs. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, producing functional specifications, user stories, mock-ups and diagrams, supporting testing and implementation, resolving design issues and providing post-release support.

What you'll need to succeed

/n
Current Baseline security clearance

/n
Minimum SFIA Level 4 capability

/n
ICT qualification or equivalent professional experience

/n




At least 3–5 years’ systems analysis and design experience

/n
Five or more years’ recent Siebel CRM experience

/n
At least two years’ recent Siebel Analyst-Designer experience

/n
Experience with large, complex Australian Government ICT systems

/n
Strong requirements gathering and functional design capability

/n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

/n
Siebel design, development or testing experience

/n
