The Role

You will provide administrative and project support, ensuring documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination are managed efficiently and in line with government processes.

Key Responsibilities include:
Answering Phones
Project management for land titling
Liaising with clients for relevant documentation via email, phone or in person
Liaising with relevant internal and external personnel




Lodgements to relevant authorities such as Council and Land Titles office
Tracking progress of jobs
Dealing with Legal professionals
Generation of invoices/payment of invoices

About You
No experience required as all training will be provided
Valuable customer service/phone manner
Positive can-do attitude and team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe (PDF)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Having a valid driver's license will be advantage
Australian citizen or Permanent Resident ONLY
