Job Description

Bommie Restaurant, located within Hamilton Island Yacht Club, is seeking a Commis Chef who is passionate about developing their craft in a premium kitchen workplace. You will work hands-on, supporting your section and learning the techniques and presentation required for fine dining.

This role offers the chance to develop skills with Western European flavours and native Australian ingredients, under an experienced kitchen brigade, on Hamilton Island.
