We are seeking reliable, skilled and compassionate support workers with robust experience across both mental health and disability support. You will be providing person-centred, capacity-building supports within participants' homes and in the community.

Key responsibilities
/n

Mental health and psychosocial support
/n
Daily living and personal care
/n
Community access and social engagement
/n
Medication prompting (where applicable)
/n
Behaviour support plan implementation
/n
Routine-based supports
/n
Transport to appointments and activities
/n
Work independently and follow participant plans
/n
/n
About you
/n
/n
Minimum 1 year experience in mental health support
/n
Minimum 1 year experience in disability support
/n
Current Driver's Licence
/n
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
/n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
/n
Qualifications in Mental Health or related field (minimum Cert III)
/n
Two qualified work references
/n
NDIS Orientation Module
/n
Experience with complex mental health presentations
/n
Solid documentation and reporting skills
/n
