The role
Run a varied commercial file: contracts, business structuring, sale and purchase of businesses, and general advisory
Build specialist expertise in SMSF and trust deed reviews, a niche that will set your career apart
Some commercial litigation files for variety
Work directly with clients and with our principal, who’ll mentor you and back your development

About you
Current Victorian practising certificate (or eligible)
2+ years’ PQE in commercial law; we’ll tailor the role to your experience, from junior to senior
Transparent communicator who enjoys client contact
Organised, able to manage your own files with support when you need it
SMSF or superannuation experience is a bonus, not a must
