About the role

We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to join our team servicing septic systems across Western Sydney. For more than 30 years, we've built an outstanding reputation by providing honest, reliable service to our customers. Our clients trust us, and we need someone who'll uphold that same standard every day.

Key responsibilities
Travelling to customers' properties to inspect and service septic systems
Completing service checks and identifying any issues
Following a daily run sheet
Completing service documentation accurately
Providing friendly, qualified customer service
Representing our business with honesty and professionalism

About you
Reliable and able to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Enjoys problem solving
Current driver's licence (essential)
Physically fit and able to safely lift concrete lids (up to 20 kg)
Can follow procedures and complete paperwork accurately
Takes pride in doing quality work
