What will you be doing? /n

/nThese are hands-on management roles for people who enjoy being part of the action./n

/nYou’ll lead and develop your team, run busy services, maintain strong customer service standards and make sure the restaurant operates smoothly./n
/nWhether it’s jumping onto the floor during a rush, coaching a recent team member, managing rosters or handling a customer issue,



you’ll be involved across all areas of the operation./n

Experience in hospitality, ideally within a fast-paced setting

/n
A positive, energetic and hands-on approach

/n
Solid communication and leadership skills

/n
Someone who enjoys developing and motivating a team

/n
Confidence managing busy restaurant operations

/n
A genuine focus on customer experience

/n
Quick service, casual dining, café and high-volume hospitality experience all welcome

/n
