Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse - Child and Family Health to support children and families across Kingaroy and the South Burnett region. This role travels across multiple sites, delivering evidence-based care and promoting positive health outcomes through early intervention and community-based services.

You will work with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, provide education and contribute to population health improvements within regional healthcare.
