SRG Hospitality - Sails Lavender Bay is currently recruiting for Cooks to join our friendly and motivated team at Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point.

/n

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.

About the Role

/n

As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a rapid-paced environment.

/n

About You

/n

You will ideally bring:

/n

Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;

/n

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure;

/n

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic;

/n

High standards of personal presentation and hygiene;





/n

A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking;

/n

Solid teamwork and communication skills;

/n

Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations;

/n

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

/n

What We Offer

Permanent full time position;

Market-competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience;

/n
