Perth based Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Area Manager to join our team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction – ultimately ensuring long-term client retention.

/n

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for

/n

/n
Client service management

/n
Managing a portfolio of clients & building excellent long-term client relationships

/n
Managing complaints & Disputes

/n
Cleaning team training & management

/n
Conducting current contract start-ups and implementations

/n
Conducting Site Audits & Risk Assessments

/n
Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly

/n
Previous experience in any service based industry at a supervisory level of at least 2 years or more is required, however, management experience directly in the commercial cleaning industry would be a distinct advantage.

Be fluent in both written & spoken English and have EXCELLENT communication skills

/n
Be an Australian permanent resident/citizen or have the right to work in Australia indefinitely

/n
Be pro-active in trouble shooting and providing workable solutions

Be able to think and act quickly & use your common sense

/n
Take pride in your work and have outstanding personal hygiene & presentation

/n
Be adaptable with working hours

Be highly organised, self motivated and a have a structured and systematic work ethic
