/nSet in the stunning King Valley, this is a rare prospect for a Chef de Partie to gain incredible diversity in their cooking. Alongside running shifts in their destination venue, you will gain hands-on exposure to their hatted estate restaurant and play an active role in an upcoming new restaurant launch on the property./n

/n The Candidate: /n

/n
Minimum 1 year of experience in food-led venues like elevated bistros, destination venues, cellar doors, or premium gastro pubs

/n
Strong section management, prep organisation, and high food safety standards, experience supervising junior cooks/commis chefs

/n
Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to learn recent techniques and grow
