We are seeking a passionate Part Time Chef to join our team at the Surfers Paradise Golf Club
/n
As a part time Chef, you will be responsible for operating the kitchen and delivering a high-quality food and dining experience serving traditional Australian cuisine working alongside our Head Chef.
The following skills, behaviors and qualifications are essential: /n
/n
Certificate IIIin Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher
/n
Kitchen experience in a club, restaurant, cafe or function workplace – minimum 2years
/n
Highly organized and motivated
/n
High standard of personal presentation & hygiene
/n
I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate
/n
Must have pride in presenting consistent, well-presented meals
/n
Experience in stock control and ordering, with budgeting in mind
/n
Available to work a mixture of lunch & dinner shifts & weekends.
/n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised and part of a team
/n
/n
Functions Experience
/n
This is a permanent/part time opportunity with consistent weekly hours on a set roster for aconfident, hands-on Chef with a proven track record. Immediate start available for the right Chef.
