About the role
The Technical Specialist - MX role is responsible for providing comprehensive troubleshooting support for Samsung mobile devices, including phones, tablets, and wearables.
You will conduct in-depth analysis of app functionality, software-related issues, and wireless connectivity to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions to customers.
Key responsibilities
Address a wide variety of customer inquiries related to Samsung Mobile products and services, delivering effective and tailored solutions
Analyze error reports submitted by customers and provide timely resolutions
Identify the root causes of customer issues and offer clear, actionable guidance to resolve them
Provide comprehensive troubleshooting steps for software-related problems to assist customers effectively
Work with internal and external teams to create tailored solutions for customer concerns
Track and analyze emerging software trends, sharing insights with relevant teams
Support internal teams by offering in-depth technical expertise
Monitor repair quality, analyze data, and generate weekly/monthly quality reports.
Skills & experience
Proven experience in troubleshooting mobile devices and software-related issues




Strong capability in data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
