The Opportunity
Working closely with the Building Services Manager, you'll support the full lifecycle of a major data centre build — from design reviews through to commissioning and handover.
You'll coordinate key building services packages and ensure seamless integration across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate MEP/HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire services
Manage documentation, compliance, RFIs and installation sequencing
Support design reviews and services integration with the construction program
Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings
Drive quality, safety and technical outcomes on site
About You
Degree in Building Services, Construction or Engineering or Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulics
4–6 years' experience in commercial construction
Experience with services coordination and finishing trades (builder or contractor)
Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Stable employment history and a collaborative,
