SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a global packaging manufacturer to recruit a
Customer Service, Sales & Operations Administrator
for their small Australian team in Notting Hill Location, Melbourne.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting the Australian sales function across customer service, order management, quoting, logistics and sales administration.
The role
Manage customer orders from quote through to delivery
Prepare quotes, pricing and sales documentation
Support existing customer accounts
Coordinate deliveries, samples and logistics
Maintain sales data and reporting
Assist with market research and lead generation
Liaise with the company's European head office
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and reliable
Confident dealing with customers
Comfortable with numbers and Excel
Proactive and able to work independently




Happy in a small, hands-on office setting
Experience in
sales support, customer service, administration, logistics or B2B
would be highly regarded.
What's on offer
$70,000 – $80,000 + Super
