Public Sector People are working with a Sydney local council to recruit for an experienced Enterprise Application Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.
This is an immediate start opportunity supporting key business systems across council operations.
About the Role:
As an ICT Application Support Officer, you will provide frontline support and resolve incidents and service requests related to
TechnologyOne (OnCouncil)
systems – with a focus on
Ci Anywhere (CiA)
and
Ci
environments.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system performance and support ongoing process improvements.
What you'll be doing:
Experience supporting, administering and improving enterprise applications, ideally TechnologyOne OneCouncil or similar ERP systems.
Experience configuring and supporting application workflows (BPAs), permissions, integrations, automations and business processes.




Ability to gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements with SMEs, vendors and technical teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the link between business users, technical teams and third-party vendors.
Experience analysing processes, workflows and application performance to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
