About The Speech Spot
The Speech Spot has been supporting individuals and families across Sydney for over 10 years. Operating out of a newly refurbished, light filled clinic in Bella Vista, we are an established team of over 10 speech pathologists who care deeply about our clinicians and our clients.

We are not a corporate clinic chasing KPIs. We prioritise quality care, sustainable workloads, and clinician well being over aggressive billing targets. We do not run 30 minute back to back appointments, and we build dedicated admin time directly into your schedule so you never have to take work home.

Whether your passion lies in paediatrics (early intervention, speech, language, literacy) or adult practice (swallowing, complex disability, neuro rehabilitation, AAC), we will tailor your caseload around your clinical interests, expertise and home location.

Why Join The Speech Spot?
Clinician First Culture:Work in a supportive, low stress environment where quality care and your mental health come first.
No Corporate KPIs:Sustainable workloads with realistic expectations, zero corporate metrics, and dedicated admin time built into your day.
Beautiful Location and Facilities:Work in a newly refurbished,

light filled clinic located just a 10 minute walk from Bella Vista Metro Station with ample parking.
Flexible Work Options:Choose between Full Time, Part Time, or Independent Contractor arrangements. You can select clinic based work or a mix of clinic and mobile visits near your home.
Supportive Team Environment:Join a collaborative team of over 10 speech therapists with regular peer support, case discussions, team lunches, and shared celebrations.
Administrative Support:Dedicated admin support handling scheduling and front desk duties so you can focus on clinical care.
Skilled Growth:$1,000 annual professional development allowance, paid PD leave, access to regular internal training, and ongoing clinical supervision.

What Your Role Will Involve
Deliver comprehensive assessments and individualised intervention for paediatric or adult clients.
Collaborate closely with clients, families, schools, carers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Manage your clinical diary autonomously with dedicated admin time provided to keep documentation up to date.

What We Are Looking For
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
Minimum 2+ years of post graduate clinical experience in paediatric or adult speech pathology.
Current driver licence and vehicle (if including mobile client visits).
A warm, empathetic approach, strong clinical standards, and a team focused mindset.

How to Apply
Whether you are looking for better work life balance, a supportive clinic culture, or a long term role where your skills are genuinely valued, we would love to hear from you.
