Work across a diverse community-based caseload supporting NDIS, aged care and rehabilitation clients.

Responsibilities May Include

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations
Home environment assessments
Home modifications recommendations
Capacity building interventions
Goal focused therapy
Clinical documentation and reporting
Collaboration with participants, families and stakeholders

Essential Requirements

Occupational Therapists

Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration for graduates)
Occupational Therapy qualification
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain
Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Tasmania), or ability to obtain

Contractor Requirements

ABN
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Public Liability Insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain
