Our clinical approach combinesmanual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, clinical pilates, strength and conditioning, education and movement based therapy.
We believe great Physiotherapy starts with having the time to properly understand each client. That's why 45 minute consultations are our standard, giving our Physiotherapists the opportunity to listen, assess thoroughly, develop an individualised plan and deliver quality care without feeling rushed.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys the variety of working both in the treatment rooms and in our dedicated pilates and strength studio.
You'll work with a broad musculoskeletal caseload and have the prospect to develop your skills across:
Musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy
Manual therapy and exercise prescription
Clinical Pilates and movement based rehabilitation
Strength and conditioning
Running injury assessment and rehabilitation
Running analysis and cycling assessments




Working with clients to build long-term independence and confidence in their movement

You'll also have the opportunity to teach individual and small-group Pilates sessions. If you haven't yet developed confidence in this area,we'll provide training and mentoring to help you get there.
We're particularly interested in Physiotherapists with3-5+ years of private practice experience, although we're open to speaking with more experienced clinicians and will consider candidates with a different level of experience where there's a strong fit.
This is apermanent full or part time position, with the potential to discuss hours that suit both you and the practice.

Our clinic hours are 7:00am-7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am-3:00pm Friday, allowing you to keep your weekends free. Your shifts might be either an early start and finish or a later start and an evening finish. We're happy to work with what suits you.

Requirements
The person we're looking for

You'll be a outstanding fit for Flex if you:
Are passionate about providing high quality, evidence informed Physiotherapy
Enjoy building genuine, long term relationships with clients
Have strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Enjoy combining hands on treatment with exercise based rehabilitation
Are confident working independently while also valuing teamwork
Have an interest in musculoskeletal, sports or active rehabilitation
Are motivated to continue developing your clinical skills
Bring a positive, friendly and collaborative attitude to work

You must have current unrestricted working rights in Australia, AHPRA registration, APA membership and professional indemnity insurance.
