Clarity Partners is looking for a Head of Marketing to join a growing technology business and lead its marketing strategy, brand direction and growth initiatives.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded marketer who can set the strategy while remaining close to execution.
You'll identify opportunities to strengthen market presence, drive customer growth and build brand momentum across digital, partnerships, campaigns, events and customer engagement.
The role will suit someone who can turn market insights into clear priorities and focus marketing activity on measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Develop and own the brand strategy, positioning and overall marketing direction
Drive customer acquisition, growth, engagement and retention
Lead digital marketing, social media and community engagement
Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns and performance
Build strategic partnerships, PR, events, activations and collaboration opportunities
Own CRM, email, push notifications and customer lifecycle engagement
Develop marketing strategies across key customer and business channels
Oversee website and app messaging, content and conversion
Monitor marketing performance, reporting and key growth metrics
Use market insights and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and refine priorities
Build, lead and develop the Marketing function as the business grows
Work closely with Sales,



Operations and Technology to align marketing with broader business objectives
About You
Senior marketing leadership experience within a start-up, scale-up or fast-moving technology environment
Experience across technology, fintech, consumer, digital or similarly relevant sectors
Robust understanding of customer acquisition, growth, retention and market positioning
Experience across digital marketing, partnerships, campaigns, events and activations
Ability to interpret market and customer insights and translate them into commercial decisions
Hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to move between strategy and delivery
Strong commercial judgement and a focus on measurable marketing outcomes
Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations and Technology
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve
