About the Role
As a Chef de Partie (Pizza Chef), you will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to brand and venue standards
Managing dough preparation, toppings, cooking, and presentation
Maintaining consistency and quality across all pizza offerings
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are adhered to at all times
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Training and mentoring junior kitchen team members
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum
2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef
in a commercial kitchen environment
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
(mandatory)




Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, dough making, and wood-fired or stone oven cooking
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
A positive attitude and strong team-focused mindset
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
