Scrum Master Decarbonisation / Energy Tech Perth (Hybrid) 12-month contractOn behalf of our client, we're hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery across a portfolio of digital products enabling decarbonisation and energy operations.
You'll work with Product Owners, BAs, engineers, data scientists and modelling teams to establish robust Agile ways of working and keep delivery moving.What you'll be doingFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principlesDrive backlog hygiene,



sprint goals and Definition of DoneRemove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies/risksMaintain delivery visibility through Jira dashboards/metricsSupport release planning and continuous improvementWhat we're looking for5+ years as a Scrum Master in software/product deliveryStrong facilitation + stakeholder management (tech + business)Solid Jira / Confluence experienceAgile certification (PSM I / CSM or similar) preferredExposure to DevOps / CI/CD / testing / release practices helpfulEnergy or mining experience beneficialContract & location12-month contractPerth, hybrid (typically 3 days office / 2 WFH for full-time)Interested to learn more?
