We're looking for a hands-on retail leader to oversee a high-volume hub store in Lavington, while providing operational oversight across two satellite stores in Albury and Corowa.

You'll work closely with a dedicated team of paid staff and volunteers, ensuring strong store standards, commercial performance and an engaging customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:



Leading a high-volume retail hub while supporting two satellite stores.
Driving sales through visual merchandising, pricing and stock presentation.
Managing stock flow across the cluster.
Coaching and developing a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers.
Managing rosters, store standards and daily operations.
Working hands-on across the shop floor, customer service and back-of-house operations.
