Inner West / Surrounding Suburbs Full-Time 9 Months Temp to Perm We're partnering with a well-established Australian business within the food manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative.
This role sits within a busy, high-performing customer service team and is focused on delivering a consistently positive customer experience across a diverse customer base.
You'll manage customer orders, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to ensure service expectations and business outcomes are met.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email• Accurate order entry and management of call lists, cases, and incoming calls• Process pricing and credit requests in line with service KPIs• Log, action, follow up, and close customer complaints and OFIs within required timeframes• Complete new account setups across internal systems• Proactively communicate customer requirements and constraints to internal teams• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure customer expectations are managed• Partner closely with warehousing, planning, sales, credit,
