We re currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong.
THE OPPORTUNITY As Store Manager, you ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of one of the business s top-performing locations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results.
You ll be responsible for: • Leading, coaching and motivating a small, customer-focused team• Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and overall store performance• Building strong customer relationships and confidently explaining products and services• Managing cash handling, reconciliation and day-to-day financial processes• Ensuring operational, security and compliance procedures are consistently followed• Managing opening and closing procedures and daily store operations• Supporting rostering, training and performance management• Identifying opportunities to further grow sales and improve store performance• Maintaining the high standards expected of a top-performing location WHAT S ON OFFER?
• Remuneration package $75,000 (inclusive of Super)



+ OTE up to $40k• Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional• Choose your roster!
