Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee inventory management, optimise stock flow and maintain exceptional back-of-house standards.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, drive operational efficiencies and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience through strong execution behind the scenes.What's in It for You?
