Permanent Full-Time Monday to Friday $73,000 + SuperKeep Things Moving Behind the ScenesWe're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Retail Stores Coordinator to join a busy retail precinct on the Sunshine Coast.This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll take ownership of stock control, inventory, deliveries and day-to-day stores operations, ensuring products are where they need to be, when they need to be there.You'll work closely with outlet managers, retail teams, suppliers and delivery drivers to keep operations running smoothly across multiple outlets.The RoleYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Coordinating the receipt, checking and distribution of stockChecking deliveries against invoices and delivery docketsMonitoring stock levels and ensuring products are available across outletsManaging stock rotation, use-by dates and product qualityInvestigating and resolving stock discrepanciesCoordinating timely deliveries across multiple retail outletsCommunicating stock issues and delays with relevant teamsCompleting temperature checks on incoming deliveriesMaintaining food safety, cleanliness and compliance standardsSupporting and guiding storeperson team membersTraining and onboarding new team membersHelping maintain high standards of accountability and performanceSupporting retail operations during busy periods when requiredAssisting with register/service duties and accurate cash handling when neededIdentifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve processesReporting hazards and supporting a robust safety cultureAbout YouWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organised and running efficiently.You'll ideally have:Experience in stock control, logistics, warehousing or supply chainExperience working within food retail, hospitality, cafés or another fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and coordination skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesA proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyPrevious leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirableExperience using inventory or stock management systemsA strong focus on safety, quality and customer serviceEssential RequirementsFood Handlers CertificateFood Safety Supervisor CertificateWhat's In It For You?
